Refund policy

We have a 10-day UK return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@alkareemlondon.com . If your return is accepted, you'll have to purchase a return label from your post office and send us the tracking number. Once we have received the item you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We are unable to cover shipping costs or provide refunds for shipping, unless an error has occurred on our part. It's advisable to utilise a tracked service when returning an item, allowing both you and us to monitor its transit. If a parcel lacks tracking and we haven't received it, responsibility cannot be attributed to us.

Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 7 working days for our team to inspect the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take great care to inspect all abayas before dispatch. However, if you find a fault in your abaya, you can return or exchange it within 10 working days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We accept refunds and returns on all gift sets excluding Abayas due to hygiene reasons. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Discount code – All discounted items purchased during our sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exchanges or store credit will be issued.

Please note that any items purchased using the Black Friday Sale discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. By applying the discount code at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy applies to all products included in the promotion.

We accept refunds and returns on all items expect sale items. 

If you reject or refuse delivery of your parcel and it is returned to us, the following conditions apply:

  1. Customs Fees & Return Charges

    • If we are charged any customs fees, duties, or return handling fees for the parcel being sent back, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Shipping Costs

    • Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  3. Refund Amount

    • You will be refunded only for the product(s) returned, minus any customs/return fees incurred.

  4. Condition of Returned Items

    • Refunds will only be processed once we receive the parcel back and confirm that the items are in their original, unused condition.
